GUIDELINES FOR MEMBERSHIP OF TENDERS BOARD

Section 24 of the Benue State Public Procurement (Amendment) Law, 2024 (the Law), requires every procuring entity to establish a Tenders Board in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Public Procurement Commission (the Commission). Pursuant to Section 24 of the Law, the Commission hereby provides the following guidelines for the constitution of Tenders Board in ministries and extra-ministerial entities in Benue State.

The Law establishing the Benue State Council on Public Procurement and Public Procurement Commission as the regulatory authority responsible for the monitoring and oversighting of public procurement, harmonizing the existing government policies and practices by regulating, setting standards, and developing the legal framework and professional capacity for public procurement in Benue State and for the purposes connected therewith
