INTRODUCTION OF THE COMMISSION’S NEW OFFICIAL LETTERHEAD

The Benue State Public Procurement Commission hereby notifies all Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), Local Government Councils, Government-Owned Institutions, contractors, consultants, service providers, development partners, and the general public that the Commission has approved the introduction of a new official letterhead.

The new letterhead incorporates the current official logo of the Benue State Government and the official logo of the Benue State Public Procurement Commission.

Accordingly, with effect from 3 August 2026, all official correspondence, approvals, directives, notices, invitations, certificates and other communications issued by the Commission shall bear the new official letterhead.

Stakeholders are kindly requested to take note of this change and treat all correspondence issued on the new letterhead as authentic and official.

This Circular is issued for your information, guidance, and necessary action.
