Engr. Dr. Zava, a young and vibrant professional, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Commission. He holds his degrees from the University of Agriculture, Makurdi—now Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Makurdi (JOSTUM)—where he also serves as a lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering.
As a consultant civil engineer, Engr. Dr. Zava has been actively involved in procurement processes, including project design, preparation of quantity survey bills, and supervision of infrastructure development. His dual background in academia and field practice gives him a unique edge in understanding both the theoretical and practical aspects of procurement management.
